How BridgeMeet works

Every business is its own isolated space: it has its WhatsApp number, its AI agent and its schedule. A client writes on WhatsApp, the agent talks with them, checks your team's real availability and closes the booking on your calendar. If you connected Google Calendar, sync runs in both directions.

Concepts

Business
Your BridgeMeet account. Isolated from any other business on the platform.
Owner
Whoever administers the business: settings, billing, reports and team.
Employee
A person who operates inside an Owner's business.
Service
What you offer (name, price, duration), bookable by the agent while active.
Bookable staff
An active, non-Admin Employee with at least one service and a schedule assigned.
Working hours
The hours during which a team member can take appointments.
Minimum notice
The minimum advance time you require before accepting a booking.
Booking horizon
How many days ahead someone can book.
Appointment
A confirmed booking between a client and a team member.
Handoff to a human
When the agent hands the conversation over to a team member.
24-hour window
The period WhatsApp allows for replying freely since the client's last message; outside it, only approved templates can be sent.
Reminder template
The WhatsApp-approved reminder message sent before each appointment.
Booking link
A public per-professional link to book without going through WhatsApp.

Getting set up

  1. 1

    Link your WhatsApp number

In Business, WhatsApp tab, register your business's dedicated number.

  2. 2

Create at least one active service

In Services, define the name, price and duration of what the agent can offer.

  3. 3

    Invite your bookable staff

In Team, invite the people who will take appointments. Admin accounts don't receive appointments.

  4. 4

    Set working hours

In Availability, configure when each team member is available.

  5. 5

    Fill in your business information

In Business, Info tab, add address, policies and FAQs so the agent can use them when answering.

The agent in detail

  • Before replying, it checks your catalog of active services, your team's real availability and the business information you loaded in the panel.
  • It can book, reschedule and cancel appointments, and answer practical questions about the business (hours, address, policies).
  • It never invents a time slot that doesn't exist, never offers a slot outside configured availability, and never books over an already occupied slot.
  • When a conversation goes beyond what it can resolve, it says so explicitly and alerts your team.
  • Each business can turn it on or off, and adjust how manual-reply handback behaves from the Agent tab.

Reminders

They're scheduled automatically once an appointment is confirmed: by default one day before and a couple of hours before. Each send moves through scheduled, sent, delivered, read or failed/suppressed, visible in the history. A client opts out by replying STOP to the message.

Integrations

  • Google Calendar: connects with your permission, only to check availability and create your appointment events. Syncs in both directions, checks for changes every 15 minutes, and you can switch accounts or disconnect it anytime.
  • WhatsApp Business: the channel where your clients talk with the agent and receive reminders.
  • Doctoralia: a guided wizard to import patients, appointments and locations from your exported Doctoralia files.

Your plan

The Basic plan is available today: $29.99 USD per month, 100 appointments per cycle, 5 team seats, 1 WhatsApp number and a 7-day free trial. The appointment limit doesn't block new bookings: the overage is billed as an extra charge. If your subscription stops being active, the agent and new bookings stop, but you keep access to your panel, calendar, appointments and clients.

Known limits today

  • Plans are billed only in US dollars (USD).
  • Locations are informational: working hours and staff don't depend on a location yet.
  • There's no per-service analytics yet, only aggregated business reports.
