Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?

Not necessarily. There are three ways in and you pick the one that suits you. One: keep the number your business already uses on WhatsApp Business, with your app, your chats and your history untouched, and the agent answers on that same line. Two: register another number you already own, dedicated to the agent. Three: we sell you the line, register it and hand it over ready to use. Only one way can be active at a time, and you can switch later.

I already use AgendaPro, Booksy or something similar. Do I have to switch?

No. Your system keeps handling payments, commissions, inventory and each client's record, and it stays there. Is it secure? Who sees my clients' data?

What if the agent gets something wrong or doesn't understand?

The agent checks your real availability before confirming, so it won't book over a taken slot. In rare cases, if a conversation goes beyond what it can handle, it says so and flags it so someone on your team can take over: within WhatsApp's 24-hour window they can reply directly.

Do I have to watch my phone?

Accepted Answer

No, that's the whole point. The agent answers, offers times and confirms on its own, 24/7. When a conversation needs a person, it alerts your team and flags it in your panel. If nobody gets to it, the agent takes the conversation back as soon as the client writes again, after the delay you set, one hour by default. No client is left waiting.

Does it connect to my calendar?

Yes. It syncs with Google Calendar both ways: the appointments it books appear in your calendar, and your personal events automatically block those slots. From your personal events we only read the busy time, never the title or the details.

What if my client sends a voice note?

Accepted Answer

The agent listens to it and replies. Your clients text you while driving, between appointments or with a kid on their lap, and they often send audio instead of typing. The agent transcribes it, understands what they need and carries the conversation on as usual. The Basic plan includes 60 minutes a month; if they run out, the agent keeps replying exactly the same, it just stops transcribing.

Does it handle clients who write in English?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The agent replies in the language it is written to, with nothing to configure. If your business is in a tourist area, that English message at eleven at night turns into an appointment too.

Question 9

What happens when the trial ends?

Accepted Answer

You decide whether to continue. It's a 7-day trial and nothing is charged during it. If you want to continue when it ends, you activate your plan; if you do nothing, the agent pauses and your panel, your calendar and your clients stay right there. No surprise charge.

Do you ask for a card to start the trial?

Accepted Answer

No. You start the 7 days without adding any payment method: connect your number, load your services and try it with your real clients. The card only comes in if you decide to stay when the trial ends.

What happens if I go over my plan's appointments in a month?

Accepted Answer

When you reach the number your plan includes, the agent, the reminders and the public link stop until the next cycle. If you would rather they kept going, you turn extra appointments on from your panel and every appointment above that number is billed at MX$2.50 on your next invoice. You can still book manual appointments in the calendar without a limit, so a full plan never costs you a booking.
